Our apartment was very spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful (they always had a smile). The location was excellent, close to everything we needed. We found the apartment well-equipped, with modern and light decor.
I noticed that getting a sunbed could be a bit challenging unless you queued early in the morning, a minor inconvenience.

There are many bars and restaurants very close. The surrounding area and the complex itself offer various choices. We easily found lots of great places to eat near the hotel.

All the staff were lovely and helpful. They were always available to assist with any requests. The staff ensured we had everything we needed .

The pools were well kept and clean. The complex included a supermarket on site, offering prices comparable to other local supermarkets. We appreciated this convenience a lot (it saved us time and effort!).

The location proved convenient with supermarkets nearby.
The apartment lacked a full-length mirror, an inconvenience shared by multiple guests. the allocated apartment was situated at the back of the complex, it required a steep trek up a hill, quite annoying. I found this particularly inconvenient with luggage.

I loved the location. It offered easy access to the beach, shops, bars, and restaurants. The apartment was spacious and clean. I found the staff helpful and always ready to assist with any queries or needs (the reception staff was super friendly!).
The pool was advertised as heated, but it was not, a significant disappointment. The lack of accurate information at check-in about this issue was disheartening. This negatively impacted our stay because we planned to enjoy that amenity.
